Orders are typically sent using cost-effective regular mail.

We offer free shipping on all orders $75 and up. For smaller orders, our shipping rates (in CAD) are: within Canada $2.25; to the US $2.75; worldwide $4.00.

Registered or tracked mail is available by request for an additional fee, please contact us for details.

We will ship your order promptly by regular mail the next business day
after payment is received. We use attractive Canadian mint stamps on our envelopes for your philatelic enjoyment.

If you decide to return any stamps in an order, a full refund will be issued upon receipt of returned items.

Although we send out your order as quickly as possible, we cannot control how quickly the postal systems of Canada and your country move it from our door to yours.

The vast majority of the time, orders arrive within 1-2 weeks of being sent. If an order hasn't arrived 6 weeks after being sent, please let us know and we will issue you a full refund.
